restructure patter matching macros to reduce compilation time

I have some ideas to experiment here, like building the ast manually instead of using quote, other option is to stop doing redundant pattern matchings. i'm actually lacking time to work on those experiments and properly measue them(i need to find a better way to automate measuring compilation time). besides all that, i've been focusing on finishing shapt and a consul adapter to it. after that most probably i gonna focus on having a good working version of unidecode ready.
