Updates for irace 4.0

Hi, the forthcoming irace 4.0 (https://mlopez-ibanez.github.io/irace/news/index.html) changes how forbidden configurations are handled.

This should make the vignette keep working (hopefully).

It would be interesting if parameters.txt was automatically generated by the MOEADr package, so the code would not need an explicit file and you could use irace::readParameters(text=MOEADr::generate_irace_parameters())
