Add "recent additions" section at the top of README

Can be done within the "README_generator" script (using "diff" between the old and the updated README files)

Need to be careful that the infrequent rate of update does not messes things up (for example, if I do three quick updates in a row, what happens?). One idea is to make the diff script adds the new entries on a "queue" file with maximum size, which would be the "recent additions" section.
