Deploy Telize Behind Nginx Reverse Proxy

I have the latest version of Telize and nginx installed in ubuntu 22.04, telize functions fine without a reverse https proxy but I only get 502 errors with a reverse proxy configured. What is the setting inside Telize that I need to change to get the nginx reverse working with it?
