Roku application emulation and TI-nspire

I was going to open a pull request, but I don't know where these should go. I do feel, however, that they don't belong in miscellaneous.

  • BrightScript TV: doesn't necessarily emulate a Roku device, but emulates it's applications. may or may not belong here.
  • Firebird: Emulator for TI-nspire calculators. Was going to put in calculators, but I don't know what the subsection titles mean.
