Please test the latest vscode-java 1.50 pre-release
JUnit runtimes need to be updated in this extension, notably for JUnit 6 support, so it should be addressed soon(TM), either by @wenytang-ms @chagong or @snjeza
+100 for flat repos. Github pages are not meant to serve binaries, unlike Github releases. And you get download stats when using releases. But as @laeubi said, it's likely something...
