@turbo4xl did you resolve this issue? I have been successfully using Pavian with reports from Kraken2 using the Standard database. But now I get the same error as above with reports generated with Kraken2 from the RDP database.
I've tried altering redoing the Kraken2 analysis with --report-zero-counts as TRUE, but tbis did not work either.
I am facing a similar issue here. @mishkb @turbo4xl were you guys able to figure this out?
