sankey vizualization

Hi i am a evolutionary biology guy. I loved the sankey visualization in pavian. is there any way to make this vizualization directly from taxid and scientific name? with cool colour changing possibility. from an overview it lloks like may be a dummy kraken report might help? please suggest

You would need a read column as well. I think if you made a report with these tab-delimited columns, then pavian can read it:

% reads level_reads level_type (U, D, K, P, C, O, etc) taxID names (delimited in tree order - two spaces per level)
