Re: issue #11 Is there an updated script available to convert kaiju outputs into the correct "kreport"-styled input format for pavian (given that the kraken-report has been replaced by kaiju2table and the solution mentioned in issue #11 is outdated now)?

Hi @dnlrxn , could you provide some information on the kaiju2table format, links to a description and ideally sample data? Then the feature to support those tables could be implemented.

Thank you! I realised that kaiju's output can easily be formatted using krakentools (make_kreport.py) - that will do!
