Hi, This seems to be common theme: when will the new batch of Kraken tools converge. As per the post below: http://ccb.jhu.edu/software/choosing-a-metagenomics-classifier/ What's the progress of integrating KrakenUniq into Kraken2, maintaining Bracken as a post-processing step?
