About password setting method and behavior when "compose" is executed in v0.4.5

about new ver.bootstrap v0.4.5 I think it's better to enter it twice when setting the password at least and I will be asked for the password when you execute "compose", but it is unclear what it reflects.

The password set when "config" is executed can be used to decrypt addresses.yml, but I feel that the password set when "compose" is executed is not reflected anywhere.
