Tail follow (-f) real time update for logs

Hi,

Really like the work you did with this project.

I was testing the project and found that the tail -f logfile.log, command do not get served by the application. The content div (listing the log file), do not get updated in real time.

Is my understanding about the above correct, or I am missing some feature?

If the case is- the feature not implemented as of now, then that would really be a great feature to provide!
