feat: allow custom elements to be rendered for the switch camera button

The SVG that is used for the switch camera button doesn't always align with the design of an app. This PR adds support for passing in a custom element to be rendered in place of the hardcoded SVG. I added a storybook example with a different SVG element being passed in to show how it works.
