Demo resources not loadable over IPFS

Browser used and version: Chrome 108.0.5359.125

Steps to reproduce: I'm unable to pin QmbbKTkTh87AhtwWG24b4KSSwBwbHCLrSVnumuoS1usUoy or access several of the resources over any gateway (local or ipfs.io).

I suspect some of the files simply became lost in the swarm and no running (or findable) host is currently pinning them -- but I can't quite tell except that three different hosts (Windows behind NAT, Linux behind same NAT, and a Linux VPS) are all unable to pin QmbbKTkTh87AhtwWG24b4KSSwBwbHCLrSVnumuoS1usUoy and ipfs.io is unable to fetch stuff beyond index.html and bundle.js.

Is pinning the best way out, or rebuilding a new version and pushing a new (now-pinned) version onto IPFS?
