UUID for lite version

I am probably missing something, but how do I go and get UUID for lite version?

What I did was I installed earnapp on windows PC I dont want to use for earnings, and get his UUID and used it for a Synology NAS and registered it with the UUID, then uninstalled win version and let NAS run under his UUID.

But dashboard says the device is offline. Am I doing something wrong?

actually, found the problem:

the UUID you see in web dashboard is not complete. Its somehow shortened. You need to get full UUID to use it with docker or synology using docker or whatever you need. Then you can uninstall and stick to a docker, once you get your UUID.

Solution: You can get your UUID by installing on Linux, android whatever. When you click verification link, you will see your full UUID in the link.

Hi, I found a tip to get an UUID without any installation.

You've just to go here : https://www.uuidgenerator.net/version4 Generate an UUID v4 and remove the "-" symbols.

On docker, put the variable EARNAPP_UUID = sdk-node-YOURGENERATEDUUIDV4

When your container is on, go to https://earnapp.com/dashboard?link_device=sdk-node-YOURGENERATEDUUIDV4 to add your new device
