add additional padding when a different user sends a message

If you're in a group chat it would be nice if there was a way to set a padding variable that would add extra space when another user begins to send messages. For example, if I see my friend has sent 4 messages in a row then a different user sends a message, it can appear to be a bit cluttered. It would be nice if there was some extra space.

I am planning a new version for this package and it will have a lot of improvement build in over this version, for now, though you should be able to implement this yourself using messageBuilder.
