feat: Add Legends Z-A Megas

Adds new data for Pokemon Legends: Z-A (not including DLC) -Mega Evolutions -Items -One new move for Mega Zygarde -Updated learnsets -Add new Pokédex entries -Adds cooldown times (from 3-60 seconds) and plus move powers to each move in the game

This PR should ideally be merged after #1119 gets approved and merged.
