Update to ascimathml v 2.2

The AsciiMathml language is currently at version 2.2 (https://github.com/asciimath/asciimathml.git). Are there any plans to update this script to follow the improved syntax? Sadly I don’t understand javascript, so I’m a bit at a loss understanding how the js converts to py

UPDATE: you can check what has changed by doing:

git diff 69461406582992e3e03156d211424f684fcb458f HEAD ASCIIMathML.js

on your local copy of their repo. I think 69461406582992e3e03156d211424f684fcb458f is the version you used.

I'm not using python-asciimathml anymore, but recently someone expressed desire to maintain it. I'll pass your request to the new maintainer.
