Port Event Run Option Doesn't Start Tests
After confirming a test lab setup with a Zodiac Switch, I attempted to use the -e with in cmd/run. If I do this after a cmd/run -s success, it gets to this line:
INFO:runner:If this blocks for too long, see docs/test_lab.md for tips and tricks.
I then unplugged and plugged the cable from the port on the switch and it then spits out:
INFO:runner:Port 2 dpid 123917683867680 learned 50:2d:f4:0f:86:5d WARNING:runner:Target port 2 ignored, system not active
So it appears to have detected the port event but it never moves passed this. I then unplugged the device and plugged it back in and see the same message again.
INFO:runner:Port 2 dpid 123917683867680 learned 50:2d:f4:0f:86:5d WARNING:runner:Target port 2 ignored, system not active
And it sits here again and never moves on.

Great stuff - we were just going through the Kanban earlier and this popped up. You may not need one to reproduce the issue, of course, but do you have a Zodiac switch where you are?
We had reproduced the issue on an AT switch and I think we have singled out the root cause. I just need to get around to fixing it. I don't have access to a Zodiac switch, but hopefully the fix should work regardless. I will get back to you in case there are complications.
