Add instructions to qualification.md on how to set up the system for a "qualification" run -- e.g. a local/site directory that has the right template, etc...

You can get the details of "how" from Francesco, and then we need to document them.

This is not a tutorial, just the simplest set of information about what needs to be done -- so somebody already familiar with the system can do the needful.
