Automatic web ui refresh after manually editing module_config.json files.

When the module_config.json file is edited manually, in order to get it refreshed in the GUI, DAQ has to be restarted. Would it be possible to enable automatic refresh when the file is saved?

Can you include an example of exactly what this change is like? Sample JSON would be nice -- just to show what exactly the change needs to be. Ideally all this would be done through the web-UI, without having to resort to editing files on the disk.
