Add Web Browser Tab

Make it possible to switch over to a web browser tab, to allow non-financial things to be available without interfering with the code.

Example use cases:

Public TODO list for people that want to help
Feedback form
Time tracking for employees
Subscription to newsletter
Look at funny cat pictures
