Not Scrolling in firefox v37

Just not working mousewheel scrolling in FF.

Tested: Chrome - ok; Opera - ok; (All webkit browsers ok).

OS: Ubuntu 14.04

Hey there I have same issue, then I use Browser Plugin to enable/disable Smooth Wheel on specific browser, thanks for Smooth Wheel Plugin

The same problem on Ubuntu 15.04 / Firefox 39.

It just block scrolling. It works on Chrome and Opera.
