Can't change the audio delay

Hi I like a lot of this project. I have one question. How can I make the audio broadcast faster? I don't car if I lose quality.

It is possible?

Actually, java side works real-time with small buffering. There could be some delay on the way, but I will check again to see whether there is still room for improvement.
