Provide a way to pass flags to chromium

I need to pass a few cli flags to the Chromium part of Carbonyl. I'm currently trying to set the user-agent string and proxy configuration but I may need to set a few additional parameters.

Is currently this possible?

See https://github.com/fathyb/carbonyl/issues/37 . If you can do it with chromium command line flags, you should be able to do it with carbonyl.
