Spooler for unsaved time entries

Allow saving tracked time even in offline mode. As soon as you go online again, the time entry will be uploaded to Redmine. If possible, also change created_on and updated_on.

I am currently not working actively on RedTimer - though another developer raised interest in taking over the project. I am currently wanting for his reply.
