Create Docker based setup guide

In the scope of choosing an application for performance testing on QA Standup, I have decided to choose your app but lost more than half a day for figuring out steps needed to get the application up and running.

Firstly, I used to deploy it using Local deployment guide for OS X, as a result, it led me to a wrong way, when I had to deploy it to AWS, I could not build up the dockerfile without composing.

Secondly, I re-created and improved docker-compose file a bit. After 8 hours of debugging, I got it working using docker-compose up.

It would save me this 8 hours, I am new on the docker and rails data preparation, as a result, I faced with all steps that every newbie can face.

Therefore, I propose to create a Docker-based guide on how to make the app ready for a Cloud deploy. For sure, we can create instructions for most popular clouds such as AWS, GClound, Azure.
