Feature Request: Autocomplete Search for Tags in Ransack

It would be great to have the same autocomplete feature for searching tags that exists for users, contacts, accounts, etc.

I'm trying to use tags as a simple way to add contacts to arbitrary lists (i.e., not ones created from a search), but since the tag search options are awkward to use it's a little painful.

It should be possible to use autocompletion on tags for contacts.
