Make (double)-clicking on transcript switch to edit mode

it's great that we have an edit button to explicitly show that we can make changes

but we also need to have a smooth experience when you have the intent of editing the transcript

also, if you click on the main editor - meaning the focus of the transcript editor will be opted out - should save the changes made to the transcript
