Does anybody use `--with-perimeterx`?

It's been voiced that due to implementation process of PerimeterX, the --with-perimeterx flag is not likely used. I'd like to get a measure of how many people in the waflyctl user-base use this feature and whether it's safe to remove. Please voice any objections.

Thus far, opinions at Fastly are unanimous. I'll be adding a note to codebase to deprecate in next major version.
