Deprecate fastly:experimental

This would be good to ensure for the next major. We can move:

• sdkVersion
• enableDebugLogging
• includeBytes

onto the new fastly:compute.

setDefaultBackend can move into fastly:backend.

Then we just need to decide what to do with setBaseURL.
