handle automation-tokens

At the moment go-fastly doesn't handle automation-tokens https://developer.fastly.com/reference/api/auth-tokens/automation/. Add an way to manage them within the go-fastly package.

I'll create an internal ticket to track this work, as I agree we should have this feature supported.
