Add Docker image

Hello,

Thanks for the tool. It is really useful to be able to browse the Fastly history this way.

I am not a Ruby developer so I don't have much knowledge with Ruby and the building tools around Ruby. For people like me, Docker could be good option to rapidly install / test the tool.

I have quickly put together and added a Dockerfile and completed the README.

The container will run with a user that has UID 1000 to try to accomodate with permissions of most of Linux OS.

Feel free to merge if you are interested.
