Official docker image for CI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are using gitlab-ci to process our pipelines. It would be beneficial to have an official Fastly image with fastly CLI installed.

Describe the solution you'd like It would be great to have image based on https://github.com/fastly/cli/blob/main/Dockerfile-node officially available.

Is there any movement on this? I see both Dockerfile-node and Dockerfile-rust but haven't been able to track down a CR.

Below is the complete history of changes related to this request...

• April 2021
  • PR opened by community user.
  • Replacement PR opened by myself to supersede the original (to help support getting the feature finished).
• Sept 2021
  • My PR was merged after lengthy internal discussions.
  • My PR was reverted due to errors/complications in publishing that needed further investigation.

I can't recall the specifics but I think the Fastly Security and IT teams needed to help with the authentication with GitHub Packages.

Unfortunately, after my PR was reverted I had to direct my focus onto other priorities and soon after that the need to support Docker was deprioritised and not picked back up again.

There are no plans at this point in time to work on this. But I will raise this ticket internally to see what the feedback is and what can be done to make some progress.
