Following https://github.com/fastify/website/pull/269#pullrequestreview-730083770

Would be nice to support an arbitrary order for guides instead of relying on alphabetical order.

Motivation

Would help people to follow progression from beginner to expert guides

That is most easily accomplished through file naming. Otherwise, we'd have to maintain a JSON file or something to provide this information.

I guess a contributing guide for guides would be necessary.
