grapql example with auth

It was a while that I wanted to try graphql, so starting from this issue https://github.com/mcollina/fastify-gql/issues/65 I have collected our snippets doc to a working example.

What do you think I could add to this example in order to be complete? I don't know graphql, I'm just exploring it to learn it a bit.
