Add a jargon section to Chapter 13 : Convolutional Neural Networks

Previous chapters have sections named jargon that summarize the key terms that are introduced in the chapter.

Currently, Chapter 13 Convolutional Neural Networks does not have a section that summarizes all the new vocab or jargon that are mentioned in the chapter.
