Kernel restarting when running 08_collab.ipynb

When running the following cell of the 08_collab.ipynb in a virtual environment (tried with python 3.7, 3.8, and 3.9), I get the following error over and over again: I am unsure how to diagnose the underlying problem and whether it comes from fastai, pytorch, or something else.
