TypeError on the intro notebook Text Classification part

New issue: Installed Spacy 2.2.4 b/c saw that as a recommendation somewhere. Now facing this issue: image

Maybe this post can help: https://support.prodi.gy/t/unicodeencodeerror-during-training/955/3. Others have reported a similar encoding issue (https://github.com/huggingface/neuralcoref/issues/5), but perhaps in this case it is a little too deep in the guts for you to change directly.

Have you tried updating to the latest compatible version of Spacy (3.1.*)?
