Option to run Pacvis on an alternative root

It would be very handy to be able to run pacvis on an alternative root directory (such as one made with pacstrap), like the -r option that Pacman has. Is this something that would be possible?

I did have a look at the source but couldn't find such an option, but I think the underlying pycman library would support it.
