Change ADD OTHER LINK alignment from TabularInline

Hi! How can i SETUP the TabularInline "Add other link" to the left, instead right alignment.

Another question is if its possibile change css default parameter to this.

from btn btn-sm btn-default float-right btn btn-sm btn-success float-left - and add an icon.
