We need better styling for ChatTextInput

In my opinion, the text input should have a small margin which becomes blue when the input gets focused [EDIT: and is white when the input is unfocused]. It should also be slightly rounded. I'd expect something like this but smaller and maybe with a thinner border when not focused: chooj-input-drawing
