Feature request - taskbar over navigation bar

Following this project for a long time only for a feature and that is the capability of placing it over navigation bar. After the update was hopefull but no luck. Not using this app and using another similar app instead of facing several problems as that gives this feature. In that app i can place it over navigation bar. So i can keep it always visible and it doesn't cover the lower part of apps because of the navigation bar underneath. I don't need to hide and show each time i open an app which is a real pain when multitasking. If other app can do that without root then why don't you add this feature. You can add option to place it over and top of the navigation bar. That way both type of users can use this app.
