feature request: add shadow next to borders of taskbar and start menu

Current look without shadows looks really out of place on android as windows and most of views use shadow, so my idea is to add above (or below, next to, depends on taskbar position) shadow and to borders of start menu. Its just idea, i dont know how hard it can be to code.
