Auto start & Crome tabs

It has an auto start mode when connecting a second screen, but it doesnt auto start when starting mirror casting to Chromecast, Is there a way to do this?

And when I disable second screen, Google chrome tabs on top of the screen are gone, only fixes when restarting my device, what can I do about that?
