This includes Judgement Silversword - Rebirth Edition - and Cardinal Sins - Recycle Edition - for WonderSwan Color. I'm not sure if this version actually contains the WSC roms of the games, however.

Files in the install folder include data.sfa and JSSResurrection.exe.

This has been looked into in the past, and it is apparently a source port, not emulation. See https://github.com/farmerbb/RED-Project/issues/121
