Right-click change text to CAPITALS and small

Please see if possible to extend right-click menu on selected text with Capitals and Small case.

I use Notepad for simple text but I'd like to emphasize some words with CAPITAL TEXT and to go back to small case.

This could be done by selecting pices of text and switch via Gboard.
