Bug: Exported notes do not preserve last modification timestamp

Exported note files do not preserve the last modification timestamp.

It seems a regression https://github.com/farmerbb/Notepad/issues/67

Steps to reproduce

  1. Export an existing note
  2. Import the exported note
  3. The imported note's timestamp changes to the current time
