Timeline slider

Add a timeline slider for visualizing the location of assets over time. Basically just an extension of the current asset cluster maps that takes a timestamp argument.

This idea has been bouncing around in various issues and discussions for a long time. I'll try to link to them here as I find them.

It may make sense to actually implement this inside farmOS, as a farmOS-map behavior, but for now we can start this issue in the farmOS-map repo.
