Kernel crashes on 486-DX2 enabling paging

Issue is caused by enabling global pages and/or supervisor page write protect. Neither of these features are really necessary for operation. We can do one/multiple of the following:

  • Remove these settings completely
  • Gate these settings behind a feature flag
  • Check CPUID before using these settings
